I am utterly disappointed in the service I have received from the used car department at Audi centre Vereeniging. It started out all amazing to the point where they even drove out from Vereeniging to jeppestown to view the vehicle we were interested in selling, even agreed to a price that we were happy with and looking forward to signing the paper work and letting the car go. Two weeks later and I had not received any paper work promised to me by Reeno, I then message him and ask for the paper work and he lets me know he will be in training for 3 days. 1 week later and still nothing not even a response to my messages. I then phone the branch and speak to Mornè who directs me to Enriqas who promises to get back to me and does not do so for 3 hours. I then phone Mornè back who was extremely helpful in getting information on why I have been left without answers from the sales person. The sales person and his manager could not tell me themselves that they were no longer going to buy the car because the buyer they had lined up was no longer buying the car, so they would rather leave me wondering what is happening with my deal. I am fairly disappointed and can say I was looking forward to doing business with them and buying a car from them but I can no longer recommend them

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Audi Vereeniging today. My vehicle went in for a routine inspection and service under the warranty plan and the deplorable service started from the minute I set foot on the showroom floor. The service consultant was extremely unfriendly and besides pointing out all the places I needed to sign, didn’t even take a minute to greet. We made a turn at the Finance and Insurance Manager to inquire about a maintenance plan extension and she wasn’t able to render this service since she couldn’t track my vehicle’s VIN number. Which was on the windscreen of my vehicle…probably 10 feet away. There was plenty of time to vape though. The workshop maintained contact throughout the day to sell random products but not once to update me on my vehicle. I requested that a few interior issues be addressed in my car but apparently the warranty for these parts had expired. Not once was I offered an alternative or was I given a referral to trusted repairers. Or even quoted a cash price. Instead, my vehicle was returned to me the same way. Wheel alignment out? Well they don’t fix that either. The cherry on top, a beautifully dirty vehicle that most certainly could not have gone through the workshop’s wash bay and if it did, I highly recommend the entire wash team be seriously addressed. I have been incredibly happy with my Audi and our experience with Audi Sandton until we moved to the Vaal. Seems Audi Vereeniging has taken a few wrong turns as far as any kind of service goes. Do better!!

Nonhlhanhla, Mandy and Thabo were absolutely amazing! Efficient, super helpful and Friendly and as an added bonus I received my new car in less than 2 working days.HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking to purchase an Audi or VW.
