A Riverbed Guesthouse

Perfection all around. Melanie welcomed me at the gate. She is such a friendly and warm person. My room was awesome. The bed was very comfortable with beautiful white linen. Breakfast was in the fridge with sausages, cheese, eggs, yogurt, juice and fruit. These were very tasty rusks and bread. The kitchen area is beautiful and more than enough crockery. The bathroom was very modern with a beautiful bath and shower. The pool is amazing and the pool chairs great. I could not find anything negative to say. I will definitely visit them again. Thank you for your great hospitality and making me feel at home.

Melani was an amazing host and this was by far the best place to stay in Swellendam. We could literally hear the river streams and touch the mountains. I would stay here again, no doubt

Ultra modern, clean and fully fitted units with the most comfortable bed and crisp clean linen! Stunning swimming pool with lounge chairs.We will definitely be back!

We needed a place to stop over on our way back to Cape Town. What a delightful place! Beautifully appointed room with every comfort seen to. Gorgeous view of pool and mountain and direct access to both from our room. Close to wonderful restaurants and shops. Need to come here for longer next time

Imagine having your back yard bordering a river and a forest! Imagine no more.A beautifully situated guesthouse in a beautiful neighborhood. The garden and pool are spotless, pretty and wonderfully maintained. The rooms are crisp, lovely bedding, serviced rooms. An ideal stay. Incredibly friendly owner.

The place is great and the owner is very friendly. What would make it even is breakfast.

The property is located at the foot of the mountain in the most picturesque and tranquil part of Swellendam. The accommodation is very comfortable, beautifully furnished and stocked with every convenience possible. Melani, our host has thought of everything! After a peaceful and relaxing weekend, we feel energized and will definitely be back soon!

We loved our stay. Melani the host was so warm, welcoming and accommodating to special requests. Our best greeting was by the two beautiful four legged friends followed by the daily greets. The view was absolutely breathtaking and the accommodation offered a sense of peace and tranquility. The unit was immaculate and cleaned very well. Fresh bathroom mats and towels were provided daily. The pool area is very inviting and the accommodation itself is well located close to many restaurants and wine tasting routes. We would highly recommend this accommodation if you want to return home feeling rejuvenated and will definitely be returning in the near future. Shereen and Lauren xXx
