Friendly but slow" staff!It took them 2 days and three phone calls

I was extremely disappointed with the service that I received today from various employees of your organization. I emphasize that the appalling service was particularly exerted on me by the front end staff for the following reasons:1. I had e-mailed to enquire what the excess for my car's repairs will be, however I did not receive the courtesy of a response2. Out of the 3 jobs quoted only 2 jobs were completed. Notwithstanding the fact that my insurer had not provided instructions as I thought they had, this was never communicated to me and I in the least expected a proper link of communication from your employees. Instead, the 2 ladies at the front desk continued to work on their computers whilst I was waiting under the impression that they were checking on my enquiry which was disappointingly, not the case.3. The gentleman who had my car keys, nonchalantly placed them on the counter without any word to me and shockingly left me in limbo.I have decided to bring the above to the attention of management as I truly do not want what has happened to me in the form of the above to happen to another person. It was not only extremely disappointing, it was further upsetting and absolutely uncalled for. I do hope that I never ever experience this failure of which I shall ensure that the relevant authorities are made aware of it.

Absolutely the best carbody repair shop in Namibia. Workmanship is topnotch. Spray paint and colour matching is of the highest quality. Used them a couple of times and will surely use them in the future. They also repair mag wheels.

The receptionist, Bonita was just amazing. She gave me regular update with the progress on my car. She was also super friendly and polite. Lastly, the body work on my car done to perfection
