The service they render is really good and they are sweet to customers

Day four still my sneakers are still wet, one pair socks missing. My tekkies inners are missing the owner of the laundry is nowhere to befound. The last l spoke with him he promised to replace them, seems they are just empty promise. So people they should take their laundry @ own risk

This is the only place I take my washing to. Great service

They burnt my blanket and never reported it to the owner. None of the girls owned up and kept on pointing fingers at each other. When I wanted to speak to the owner, they first said they don't know him but eventually gave me a number. Owner was kind enough to refund me but his staff need training.

Very bad service. My clothes were not clean l had to ask them to wash them again, they took more than three days to wash my tekkies. Theys also lost my inners for my tekkies l phoned the owner he said he can't pay me, but he can go buy the other inners the following day which was the 12th of December 2022. When l got there there was nothing and when l tried to call the owner he then told me that he is very busy with other customers, which means we only important to him before we pay. After they take your money they don't care how much fuel you loose getting to them. Their service is very pathetic. I am still not happy and l still don't have my inners, can someone help with Debbie's number maybe she can help me

The service of the laundry is good, the staff is friendly

I took 5 pairs of sneakers to be washed and paid for them. I was told that I must collect them after 2 to 3 days they will be done.To my surprise after 3 days when I get there, the staff ladies there tell me that they are still wet and there is nothing they can do because they do not dry them with mechine as they could be damaged. So to my surprise again the takkies as they were not dry they were now smelling mold like, and arrogantly the lady at the front told me there is nothing I could be help with after paying for the service without being told how they do things.Their excuse is that they do not take out the sneakers because they would be stolen. I had to wash them again myself. So I payed for a service that I never got instead my shoes came back worse then they were.
