Omniclean

I had them come to wet vacuum a two seat couch, a chair, and a bed. Both the chair and couch were not cleaned properly. They left marks on the couch and did not remove a simple mark on the chair. I would not recommend their wet vacuum cleaning. They actually left marks on the couch and it looks worst now. They did offer to come and re-clean but why would anyone have a company come back when they didn't do it right the first time.I am editing the review due to the owners response to my review. They claim that I slammed" them in my review. I gave a very honest review. Even stating that they would come and "fix" the problem that they could not do correctly the first time. I think its funny that they only have three reviews and the other two are for general cleaning. I believe a business owner should have more tact. I stand by my review and in no way "'slammed'' them but expressed the quality service I received. I would not recommend them before the owners response but after seeing how they take criticism I would hands down not recommend them."

The carpet looked no cleaner than before they arrived. The marks on the carpet were not even lightened.They did not even mention to me that the struggles to get the stain out and what methods they used to “ aggressively “ try.They just came and left.I’m not impressed.Waste of time and money.Poor communication

My carpet was damaged and the wool removed/sucked out of the carpet by the high powered cleaning device. As per the explanation given by the manager. The carpet now has chunks missing. I tried to contact the owner, Craig, on numerous occasions via email and telephone and mobile phone, and was told he would call me back. He never has and nobody answers their telephone. So be careful if you’re considering using Omniclean as they take no responsibility or even contact you back regarding their services.
