There's no communication between lawyer and client. You must beg for updates . Highly not recommended

I did my bond registration with Twala attorneys, let me say 6 months later we haven't had any progress, I'm very stressed because there is no communication at all, every week there is a new attorney assigned for my registration, wouldn't recommend. Worst service.

As an agent having deals pending with this conveyancer, I’m convinced that they are deliberately delaying transfers. They get the purchasers to sign the wrong documents, it takes them two weeks later to pick this up and then have the purchaser come in and resign the documents. They don’t sign it off and send it to the bank to get the proceed to lodge there and then, they wait for a week to go by, we call their offices constantly asking for Lauren Roche handling the matter, the transferring attorneys ask for me to intervene as they having no joy with no one returning calls, giving any updates etc - I send them emails which go unanswered as it’s so frustrating - only to find out if I send another email, they will ask their IT department to block me. I have no idea how they are still on the banks panel with the service they deliver.
