Had the displeasure of visiting this outlet the branch manager Elize didn't even bother getting up she shouted at us from behind her desk and pointed towards the beds we were interested in........ Found this behavior less, than acceptable.... Bought a bed from another outlet who bothered helping us.

We walked in there looking for a single bed. We left with a single bed. But reception was done form a sitting position on a couch. Advice was terse and poorly informed.Just not a good experience whatsoever. Another reason why beds should be sold online only.

They have a great variety of beds to meet everyone's needs. The prices are a bit high, but the frequent specials more than make up for that. The staff is very knowledgeable and are eager to help you find the best bed for you, so don't shy to ask for help.
