They come out quickly and honor their warranty conditions. I was given a 5 year warranty and they did come out again when termites returned in 2020, 3 years after first treatment. However, It has been exactly 5 years today since they first came out. On 25 Dec 2021 we noticed termites are back in spite of treating the house foundations twice in 5 years. I notified the company immediately but I understand that there would be no response due to Christmas- and the boxing day holiday. However, I did notfiy the company inside my warranty period and therefore this problem should be sorted under warranty. Will post here if this is honored or not.... Please make contact with me as soon as you are open on the 28th please.

Im not satisfied with there service or products. I paid R1800 for Centurion Pest Control to treat my garden and house for ants and termites. About 2 monts after they treated my house and garden for ants and termites my house was swarming with ants again.I gave them a call to tell them that the ants are back and they must come and fix the problem because it was only 2 months, they responded and said there must be a follow up spray for me to have any type of warranty. The follow up treament was R400 i agreed and they came out and sprayed my house again.3 months later my paving and grass was full of termites and thermite nests i gave centurion pest control a call to tell them they must come and fix the problem because i have a warranty, they responded and told me sorry they are not going to help me because its been more than 3 months.(they only give a 3 months warranty) How pathetic are there products. My neighbour used another company which gave them a 5 year warranty.I wont be using centurion pest control again.This review is a warning to anyone who wants to use their inferior products.

They have done a sterling job. Offered good advice and arrived on time. I'm satisfied.
