Never received my order, even after 6 weeks of constantly trying to get into contact. Every response is an excuse and completely dismissive. The conclusion is that they just don’t care about their customers. Don’t waste your time or money on this company, you will be sure to have regrets.

Would not recommend their overpriced products to anyone. No correspondence to clients. Weeks behind confirmed delivery date and then product arrived completely broken. I will now need to start the fight to get my hard earned money back.

Terrible customer service. They sent the completely wrong colour custom order even though I confirmed the colour with them twice via email. Then, when I tried to contact them, they ignored me and out of frustration I tried contacting them on social media at which point they proceeded to block me.If you expect to get the products you ordered or any after sales service then do not buy from this company, and don't order from their online store.

Canceled my order after 3 months, waiting forever for refund. They don't return calls or e-mails. The owner ignore all inquiries. Unprofessional!! Can't be trusted

Ordered a pair of shoes one month ago. Still no shoes. No customer service. Does not reply to enquiries by phone,Whatsapp or email.Don't order from this site! Only gave one star because it doesn't want to accept zero. (Like the shoes I got from them)

Does not understand the concept of customer service. I ordered a laptop skin from their website. I just ordered the standard one from the website. Now they don't want to refund me because it was a custom order." I note now that their website says all orders are custom made. So I would be very cautious to order from them because they will just throw that in your face. They spend more time posting on Instagram than fulfilling their orders. Also don't answer the phone

No customer service. After they have received payment they don't respond to any whatsapp, email or phone call correspondence.

Very very bad Service. If you order you have to pay before they start with your product. The problem is I haven't received my product to date. They don't respond to mails. The answer if any is they will follow up and get back to you that just never happens. I paid 2 months ago and haven't recieved anything. According to me that is steeling. O and when you want a refund it is in a different department and...... they will get back to you.

Workmanship is not good. If you complain about an order, then they give you an attitude, and tell you that they think the item is beautiful. Fins of windmill came loose and colour was wrong the first time. They refused to refund me. Tild me that they will fix it. My order is still not as I wanted it. It cost me more than R5 000 (because I had to drive to Pretoria and back twice and I paid for delivery as well) for a windmill head, that is not like the one I ordered. I am adding a photo as well. Look at the spacing and welding of the item. I've put the windmill on the wall as intended, but it doesn't look good. I wouldn't recommend them because they doesn't want to refund me and now I have to pay for a new one at another company. I have waisted almost R6 000 for the item and driving to Pretoria and back twice!
