The attorney who 'assisted' me unable and seemingly incapable of fulfilling any of my requests and his promises. No follow ups, only thing they manage to achieve, and notably timelessly is sending of invoices and harassment for payment even though nothing was ever achieved.If you need a quality service that effectively assists you and need an attorney able to support and protect your interests I strongly recommend seeking alternative representation.#UPDATE#So after discussing concerns with owner regarding most appalling service from Francios Rothman (apparently a lawyer - if so poor training & terrible service) the owner sends me a summons for more then double of what they claimed was outstanding, bearing inmind most was paid upfront.... nothing was ever achieved, no feedback provided then Boela sues you as a client for their uselessness and inability to achieve anything.

The young lady on reception need to really smile when she speaks to people, it actually comes through in your voice, You should try it, you may just be surprised. You come across as a teenager with an attitude who HATES her job. Just remember YOU are the first point to contact with your company, and unfortunately first impressions last. Word of advice ... if you want to succeed in life get a bit of live and enthusiasm
