Get it while it's hot. If you ever find yourself undecided then this is the place to stop at. Make sure you add a coke to your meal and make the most of the moment. Clean store locater in a safe location.

Their pizzas ARE nice, INCREDIBLE INCREDIBLE STAFF....BUT..... definitely a massive rip off at R480, sorry!! I believe in REALLY tipping my waiters, and well!! I also don't believe that their staff is SO WELL PAID opposed to income these restaurants make!!! I would truly rather TIP R100 rather than pay a owner profiting by the hands of other's hard work!!I 'can't' come back .....

Not happy at all.I ordered on the 13th May but my payment was declined on all speed points with my credit card. The cashier explained there was problems with connection of speed points during loadshedding but I used that same card at the fuel station there 5 kinutes later. I used my debit card and paid for my order and the cashier advised I contact the owner if my card was charged for the declined" transactions. I waited a couple of days for my bank statement to update and returned to speak with the owner. Was told he was only there a couple of hours a day and advised to come between 8-10am. I tried a couple days during those hours but was told he just left when I got there. They couldn't give me his contact details at the branch. So I have spent R176 plus the double charge plus the petrol going back and forth on multiple occasions to liase with the owner.. it seems I won't get anything back at this branch. I'm dumbfounded that a franchisee is hardly present in their business even during the week or weekends or peak times. The branch is on remote control? I wanted to have a personal discussion also with the owner regarding his experience with Andiccio as I am looking for sites to also apply to become an Andiccio franchisee in the near future but this experience has left me a bitter taste in the mouth as to this branch and the Andiccio brand as a whole with the lack of interest and involvement of current franchisees in their businesses"

Food is great and with limited late night options Andiccios always has an advantage.The service is terrible. Constantly had to call waiters to order anything. Then an order would be taken for half the table and the other half would be ignored. This happened constantly.Waiters should realise the more drinks they sell the bigger their tip will be...When it started to rain seating space was limited and the doors couldn't be closed so half our table got wet.
