Do not let these people sell your property.

I've received very bad service from Elsa van der Watt and more than 8 months after the sale I am still struggling to get feedback and answers to questions. She confirmed before we signed the OTP that there were building plans - the plans are incorrect and to correct these will cost above R 60 000 since there is also a transgression of our title deed and a sewage line within a meter from a flatlet which is not on plans. Elsa was not present on the day we received keys and moved in and has not since made significant efforts to assist us with an obvious bad handover. She does not respond to e-mails and states that she's been having issues with e-mails (its been many months of issues with e-mails). I thus only receive telephonic feedback which I cannot quote or use to keep her liable for anything. I have received brilliant service from all previous estate agents I dealt with, this is really disappointing compared to all previous experiences with other estate agents. Elsa is unorganized, unprofessional and too 'afraid of conflict' to take the necessary actions. We had issues from a COC with multiple faults to many issues not noted on the Offer to Purchase due to negligence of the previous owner. It is also clear that Elsa did not do a thorough inspection and notes of damages, maintenance and structural issues on the Offer to Purchase before the sale. I will never buy or sell through Elsa again and will sincerely advise others to do the same.

My wife and I received the most horrendous service from Elsa. This lady has brought the Pam Golding reputation down and I doubt I will ever use them for property again. She did not hand in our offer to the seller (who we know personally, this is how we found out) and the second time, for a different property, she was incredibly rude, short and disrespectful towards my wife and daughter while we viewing the property. I am incredibly disappointed as I believed that Pam Golding Properties staff had only the most professional service to offer.

Excellency is the evidence of the agents that represent Pam Golding. It one step further than just an Estate Agency.

Called and messaged agent Nasreen Kara, with no response. When I called again an hour and half later enquiring about viewing a property her response was I already have an offer on the property" there was no let me help you find something else or sorry I didn't call you back. If the property is under offer then why is it not displayed as under offer on property24? As well as common decency would be to contact a potential client back and let them know."

Absolutely terrible service, will never use them again and will definitely tell everyone not to use them. I'd rather pay more money and go through another agency than use them again

Been trying to call the offices to inform them of one of their agents who sold me a property. I am still battling with the municipality account and she isn't bothered that we won't have electricity as we cannot add units. No answer, really bad service and not honest when they sell properties wouldn't not recommend them.

I get no joy from agents that don’t answer their cell phones, office number also does not get answered
