Great Hotel and good value. Nice, clean room with comfy bed and great breakfast. Management and team were very welcoming and helpful, making sure I had a pleasant stay. As my flight was in the afternoon, they allowed me to have a free, late check out. Thanks again :))

The staff was amazing. Very close to amenities. Security is good. I enjoyed my stay. Didn't even feel that there was loadshedding.

This hotel was the most peaceful place, their food is affordable and tasty, the rooms are so clean and beautiful inside. The place on its own it's so beautiful and clean. The staff is the friendliest staff I have ever met and they are very helpful and willing to help all the time. I enjoyed the swimming and the service given. The showers are to die for, as though the water wasn't that hot. Their cosmetics are very accommodating.I'd like for them to add some gowns though ☺️But it was nothing but amazing.

The rooms are absolutely clean, loved them. Theres no refrigerator which is a bummer, but theres an ice bucket n you can get ice anytime you want. 1st day at the hotel resturant had the best ribs I've ever had, but there was a bug in my drink, I didn't say anything though, I thought it's a mistake, a one time thing. 2nd day went back for lunch, another bug on my lettuce, that put me on edge honestly, but I removed the entire lettuce n tried to soldier on, then was another bug on top of a small tomato, that was the last straw for me. Told the waiter who called the manager, n the manager offered another meal, but I told him I couldn't honestly n I didn't pay for my meal, didn't even finish it. I really hope the kitchen fixes the bug problem, they have nice meals...otherwise beautiful clean hotel, will probably be back again in future.

From day one right till the very end, my stay at this hotel was totally impeccable. From the security to reception, all the way to housekeeping, absolutely flawless. I will definitely recommend and revisit in future.

Could have easily given this place a 5 star rating, just had 1 unpleasant encounter. Check out is at 11 am( very convenient), went for breakfast at 9am and went back to my room around 9:45am ..only to find my entire bedding removed from the bed. Had not checked out yet. This honestly felt like I'm being chased out of the room that I'd fully paid for!!!! They need to do better in this regard.Overall, the staff was friendly, the rooms and hotel was clean. Loved how technologically advance things were, check in was done through the mobile scanner platform and the menus were also available on the platform. The food at the restaurant was great, loved the buffet for breakfast, very affordable too! The hotel is situated next to a mall (very convenient) and is not for from the city center. Had a beautiful view of the Mandela Bridge from my window.

Good hotel.Close to the mall and the market theatre.Easy to access. Lots of great places to visit.Rooms are very clean and beautiful.The view is not that great.The morning staff is amazing. Their service is great. Evening staff not so great. Orders took forever and they were not friendly
