From the time of reporting the death of my school friend of over 30 years to the final departing of the hearse at the end of the funeral service, all I can say is they were very professional, sympathetic, and went the extra mile to ensure all the arrangements were of only the best to the berieved. The day of the funeral the hearse arrived at the church 15 min before the arranged time. The two undertakers were immaculately dressed in suits and very attentive to the people arriving for the service. The coffin spray was an array of colour and beautifully arranged.They did all the paperwork and even offered to come to the house to do the arrangements. If only more funeral homes were this attentive to their customers. One other point to note is they offer a 24 hour removal service of the deceased, again very attentive as well as being discreet. I will always use Constantia Funerals where their services are required.

Our father passed away in Cape Town end of December 2022 and we use Constantiaberg Funeral Home for his body repatriation to Mauritius and we would like to express our heartfelt thank you to Simon and Gina in assisting us in the repatriation. Did a good job with the paperwork and cremation arrangements of my deceased wife.

We have just attended a funeral at Christ church Constancia. I cannot comment on the overall service of this funeral home but would suggest that the undertakers have a lesson on dress code and smarten up a bit.

There is a lovely little Chapel which makes for intimate funeral services and is a cozy place to be on such a sad occasion

I was not impressed with the service.Out of desperation we called Constantiaberg Funeral Home on a recommendation.Alan at Constantiaberg Funeral Home spoke to my sisters and gave them guidance even though we were not clients.My father and I visited Alan and were very happy. We decided to use his services.Constantiaberg Funeral Home also allowed us to personalise the funeral. There was no “package deal” we printed our own pamphlets and arranged our own flowers. Constantiaberg Funeral Home do offer these services, but we wanted to do these personally.I found a few “less than 5 star” reviews on google. I addressed these concerns with Alan and he assured me that they had been addressed; and they most certainly were.On the day. The hearse was polished and shiny. The undertakers were immaculately dressed and incredibly sympathetic and well mannered.Small details that we had not even considered like the booking of a grave site, the set up at the grave site and facilities were all taken care of.I was extremely impressed with the full experience dealing with Alan and the staff at Constantiaberg Funeral Home.
