Big shop with a nice variety of items. Friendly and helpful staff. Bought 2 cat trees from them and my cats love it. Good quality and affordable prices. Very happy.

Huge variety of pet food, treats as well as toys etc. Everthing is packed neatly, which it makes it easier to find the brand a person is looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful and the shop is extremely clean.

Found a good deal. Got told price was wrong and they will reimburse my online payment and not warrant their pricing problem. Even purchasing tubing in store took very long as nobody knew the code or sizes.

They take your money, cancel your order and keep your money because they 'Can't find it.' Looking at Hello Peter I am not the only unhappy client.Emails ignored, phone just rang, I left a message. Guess what, no one phoned me back.Spoke to a guy on Friday (ME CALLING THEM!) who was looking into it. Its now end of business Monday and haven't heard a peep.Stealing money from a 75 yo pensioner is low.Its R349. For that amount you should have made good on the order and then go and look for your money, afterall you lost it.

Ordered online for the very first time, and what I received is completely wrong. Ordered a BLUE FOOD DISPENSING BOWL, received a PINK WATER DISPENSING BOWL.Of course calling and email, with no help at all. no one knows what to do.It's easy, come and collect the incorrect product and refund me my money.

Bought a dog bed there today only because the guy on the floor was so extremely helpful. They didn’t have the size I wanted, so he took me upstairs to choose from their huge selection. He ran up and down the stairs numerous times to find the pricing for me. Just sorry I didn’t get his name!!
