Location and ocean view spectacular but rooms need some attention. No additional wall plugs so bring extension leads for each room. Cleaning service and WiFi pathetic. Cleaning lady came and left the main bedroom in a mess. WiFi was cut off after day one and we received a message stating 'you have reached your monthly limit' yet reception said it was a technical error which cannot be resolved.

Quiet place with amazing views.Units require a bit of an update but it is practical and spacious enough and we had a wonderful time there. Great for bigger kids to go exploring.Braai facilities available.

It's been an absolute pleasure being in unit 4. The views of Houtbay are spectacular. Close to all amenities. The apartment is serviced daily free of charge. Special thanks to Donelle for catering our every need.

The view was more than amazing, we even saw dolphins! The rooms were great and beautifully furnished. Price was reasonable. Staff were lovely. Will definitely come again.

We visited Flora Bay Resort for our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised to find such a local gem.The venue offers amazing views of Hout Bay and the sunsets are truly romantic. The accommodation is also relatively affordable compared to other places.Rooms are clean and spacious. Bear in mind that rooms are non-smoking, so if you're a smoker you will have to step outside.

Stunning views, but bathrooms very old not even a mixer tap, rooms are very cold. No extra plugs in bedroom for chargers or heaters. Not well maintained.

My fiance and i stayed there the weekend and i am stil lost for words. It was amazing the staff and the service was amazing. The property is so so clean the rooms are immaculate. We would like to say thank you very much for making our weekend extra special
