Always a good experience and I am picky!Nails wise- probably the best sorbet Location I have gone to. Bonita is a lovely nail technician. So lovely and helpful. All the girls are great though I have seen most of them!Eyebrow threading- I have had one of the girls take a chunk of my eyebrow out so that was a disappointment but she apologised kindly and they obviously didn’t make me pay.

Booked a wax and was told that the lady doing waxes did not come in that day. I was not phoned beforehand to cancel the appointment and was told that there is only one lady who does waxes. Unreliable and unprofessional.

At the owner - your Therapist that does eyebrow wax and tint is not on duty on Saturdays and Sundays, but according to the Somerset West branch you own as well there should always be one on duty. . . Complaining on behalf of my fiancé

Excellent service, very friendly and polite staff. Accommodating and professional! I got an acrylic infill and gel, then wax and my eyebrows and everything was lovely. The price is definitely worth it too. Thank you again ladies amazing job!
