I unreservedly recommend doing business with Martin and his team. Back up service is the best I have ever experienced. Had a charger fail on me due to load shedding and they sent a courier to collect from my premises and replaced it with new one overnight - at no charge! Great products at great prices as well - I will look no further for my next laptop purchase.

Is always a bit scary using a new internet supplier for the first time especially for expensive items such as laptops. Laptops@cost were great and even give exceptional aftersales service that outstrips service from most physical outlets my miles. I got a great laptop at an excellent price and will definitely use them again.

Best Support ever during the whole process from Martin. He made sure that everything was in order and we get all the document sorted and the laptop is on its way at the right time so it gets delivered the next day. Very informative and helpful on all the questions regarding the laptop that I purchased. I wish them best of luck as service like theirs are so needed in this country. They even offer 1 year warranty with them. If I come across anyone else who is looking for a new laptop purchase I will highly recommend them.

Recently bought a Dell latitude 7410 from these lads. Had a brilliant experience with them, the Laptop and charger arrived one day after ordering it. All contents were very carefully packaged to ensure no damage during the courier process. The Laptop is in immaculate condition and runs like a dream. I would most definitely do business with them again.

Very good communication! From the moment I processed the order I was kept up to date with the process. I was concerned about purchasing via an eft. I read multiple good reviews and checked that the website had been up for a number of years and took the risk. All went well. I am not sure why they don't offer credit card payment but they must have their reasons. Im sure they would get more business if they offered a credit card payment option. Product was new as advertised with all the seals in place. It came with an American plug, which is no problem at all for me, but may go some way to explaining how they are getting these laptops at cheaper prices as this one was clearly intended for the American market. After the courier charge the laptop was R1000 cheaper than Takealot. Thank you very much.
