Our company recently purchased a new Large Format Printer from LFP and WOWWWW, what a wonderful experience!When the guys from HP came to deliver the machine, LFP sent a Technician out to come do the installation. When removing the printer from the box, one of the components was broken. He immediately phoned LFP's Office Manager, Wynand to report this.Wynand then immediately logged a report at HP.During the whole process of having our printer replaced, Wynand kept us in the loop throughout. Not once did we feel left out of any communication and he offered tremendous support in such a professional manner.Within a few days, our printer was replaced and installed again, with absolutely no down-time for us.LFP's after-sale service is just as fantastic!!!One evening I couldn't seem to print (on a Sunday evening) and LFP's Director, Wesley, offered to assist via TeamViewer to help me out.A few weeks after that, I got a laptop and asked for assistance to set up the printer drivers again.Within a few minutes, Wesley was on TeamViewer and installed everything for me once again.I will never in my life go anywhere else than to LFP for our Company's printer, paper, ink etc. needs. The initial service, as well as the ongoing service we received from them, is out-of-this-world and we are truly amazed that a company and their employees are so helpful and professional.Thank you LFP!!!
