Service is not the greatest as there are no lines or cues. You lose your spot in collecting within a blink. although the quality is nice. Poor quality staff who are not welcoming and rude could reduce clients drastically

Such a bad experience with this company. All shirts you guys advertise is not in stock, we promise our clients and lost all business and get embarrassed in front of the clients beside lots of promises. Not recommended and even won’t offer clients their stuff. Waste of time n money.

I ordered it on the Friday after they were closed and received an e-mail on Monday that they received my order and got my order on the Wednesday early in the mornning. I was happy with the service and the overall assistance. It arrived on time as well.

Ive used them twice for bulk orders, they had stock, and quality is great. i just waited really long for my purchase to be packed. otherwise they have been reliable

The best supplier I have found so far. Is hard to find an online Plain clothing supplier that can deliver fast and Silverstar is exactly that. I recommend them to anyone running clothing Business, 10/10.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone after the bad service I had and still experiencing trust me. I placed an order on the 15 December 2020 I was told I will receive my order by the 17th December 2020. I waited then they called me on the 18th December 2020 to say their driver had a flat tire he cant deliver my order, and I will get my order in January when they open. I asked for a refund because I needed my order for festive season. I was told I can't be refunded. I then suggested for alternative ways for me to get my order then but were all shut down. My order was delivered on the 14 January 2021 which is no use to me now.

Great service. We ordered 250 T-Shirts from them on Wednesday, 25th of January. Payment was made on the 26th and we received the T-Shirts in Oudtshoorn the 1st of February. Cornel and Patience were so friendly and helpful. Quality of the T-Shirts was very good for the price we paid.
