I purchased an Isuzu bakkie for my growing business. This was not a cheap purchase (R250k Isuzu), it was one that was market related and from what I assumed to be reputable dealer, only to find that as time went on we encountered constant issues with the vehicle. This has costed us more money than the actual repayments so far. The matters have been raised with Kia Diep River on numerous occasions, allowing them the chance to address to issues, however, they do not take any responsibility. Kia Diep River has cost my company significant losses which I am incredibly disappointed in. I would never recommend this branch because they are aware of the fact that they are selling defective used motor vehicles, yet they take no responsibility thereof. They are just another entity adding to the corruption of this country.
