I would really like to commend Penny on excellent service. I have been in contact with most agencies dealing in Doringkloof, Centurion and by far she is the Best. I received the worst service elsewhere but Penny from RVE should be the model agent for the other agencies that I can not name. I hope that she is really appreciated and recognized for it. We rented an apartment from them and decided to move out since we were given false information initially and safety within the complex became an issue. I was told that having people look in through the windows while I'm home alone is not a safety issue. As a young female, I find this utterly disgusting coming from an older female agent.After we moved out it became evident that the company never cared about the tenants and is money hungry. They kept the entire security deposit and we are still being held liable for charges, because the agent did not do her job. I find this absolutely disgusting, especially in a time like this.

Terrible company. Initially rented from them on information provided by the agent, only to find out later the information was false. When trying to cancel my contract they hit you with payments etc all over the place to ensure your deposit means nothing. Even when following their guidelines they extend to say it was not done correctly and hit you with more payments. Pathetic service. No integrity at all.
