I had the worst service ever at this store ,I bought a charger for R700 May 2022 it was still under warranty went to their shops to explain it wasn't working anymore and they refused to give me another one claiming it's due to loadshedding.

I went to the store to replace my iPhone screen. A few weeks later I dropped the phone and the entire screen popped out. They begrudgingly fixed it. Then not a week late the entire screen started fading into black. Not to mention the service was not very friendly. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.
