Always the most wonderful experience! The ladies at the Lu Lucia branch are always so professional, well dressed and friendly. At all times they ensure you have the most comfortable and relaxing time. I have had various treatments at Deluxe from micro-needling to chemical peels and the therapists always exceed my expectations (Knowledge & Effort). I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness - Deluxe ensures their rooms are always clean and neat. One of the best laser clinics and spas in durban. I bought a package for my daughter last year for laser as she struggles with a hormonal condition and it was affecting herConfidence. Best decision we ever made.. The service and professionalism by the ladies are nothing short of 5 star. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for affordable treatments that actually work

I am such a rookie when it comes to skin care, and the team at Deluxe La Lucia are so helpful. I knew I wanted to do something about anti-aging, sun damage and pigmentation. They helped me settle on micro needling so my skin could heal naturally from the inside out, and avoid putting anything into my skin or chemicals. I’ve definitely seen an improvement!On top of that, they’re just lovely, organized, professional and pleasant to deal with.Special thanks to Charmaine and Pearl!

I wish this wasn’t my story; I was so excited to do Laser Hair Removal - but after 20 sessions (and a ton of money spent) doing full legs and bikini, I still have the exact same hair growth. Utterly disappointed it did NOT work for me.

I had a facial done with Charmaine, which was delightful. She was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The spa is beautiful and has a cozy , chic feel. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff is warm and welcoming. I had an amazing experience with Deluxe Laser & Spa La lucia. Will surely be revisiting.

Deluxe la Lucia always has my best interest at heart with honest therapists ever willing to slot me in with my busy lifestyle. I have been doing laser and microneedling with them and the results are amazing. I also purchased the orion led handheld device as advised by my therapist Charmaine and it was an amazing buy. My skin has never looked better. Keep it up ladies ❤️

Im never going there ever again... iv been using Deluxe laser for almost two years but i have been using a different branch. I only went three times to La Lucia branch three times, each time I got disappointed by how much they took my laser treatments for granted.I have always been treated for about 15 minutes in my branch in FOURWAYS, when i got here it has always been a 2 minute treatment for my neck and chin. I cannot be paying so much for such. La Lucia staff needs to respect our time and money. I am never using them again, after today.
