No words can describe my disappointment. I was sold the worst most stale chocolate cake today. Surprisingly it was still almost a whole cake with just one slice missing. Absolutely disappointing and not the place to go for a cheat meal. It looked fresh and delicious only to get home and find the sponge dry and stale and the icing hard.

I went to the bootlegger on esplanade road century city.I am a frequent customer as I live across the road.I ordered a freezochino and was served a below normal size.I asked the manager if this is the size of the coffee and he said yes. I asked the lady who makes it what the ml’s should be and I said It seems way less than before and she rolled her eyes at me and didn’t utter a single word.I then approached the general manager , he made another one and poured it onto another cup. It was significantly more than what I was served.I am not one to complain easily but I was very taken back by the dismissive attitude by staff working there.K Rama

We ordered many dessert and brunch but i could not make it to get the photos coz my friends ate them so quickly. All dishes are all tasty. But i did not enjoy coffee.

This bootleggers was possibly on of the first and has stood strong for ages! It has solid coffee and great breakfast and lunch options. The decor is nice and comfortable. It does have slightly higher prices compared to other coffee shops. The service can be slow sometimes

It's with a heavy heart that I have to trash one of my erstwhile favorite eateries in CA. The service was disjointedly atrocious, the breakfast poorest Ive had in a long time (sausage overcooked and dry to the point of being inedible, butter rock-hard, muffins more like huge puffed-up sponge-cakes, served without butter or cream and a modicum of jam.) The coffee was great, but I had to wait 5 minutes for it after my meal, and got it just before I had the orange juice which I expected to get before or at least with my meal.Avoid at all cost.

What an nice chilled vibe, the waiter was awesome(I completely forgot to get his name) He basically gave us a run down of the different types of coffee on the menu & suggested that I try the chocolate cake,which I might add was outstanding. The hostess/manager a youngish girl who was so vibey & popped by to check to see if everything was ok. Asked what we thought of the coffee,I appreciated the fact that she took the time to ask. I will definitely frequent this spot again. The service was outstanding!!!!!
