HongKong Kitchen Eldoraigne

I am honestly so disappointed. I ordered from here often, but today's meal was completely terrible. To start it off the polistirene containers the food come in where so flimsy it squashed and broke with a slight touch. Secondly the noodles and beef I ordered where DROWNED in oil, I never knew it could be this bad. And lastly what I am most disappointed in was the chicken sweet corn soup they gave me. It was so bland and pasty it was like goo going down my trought, honestly disgusting. Couldn't continue after the first spoon full. I hope their food gets better again but honestly will never be buying from this Asia house again.

July 2022 update:I've kept the Sept 2021 review for reference below. I'm not sure what's gone wrong but the last few months have seen a massive dip in quality. First we got peanuts on a chicken and cashew dish, without explanation. And only after complaining, did they replace it. Next time they got our order wrong and put a bunch of strange vegetables in the dishes that had never been there before. Then most recently, I got a portion of at least a half what they usually would give, and the massaman chicken was disgusting, they added tofu without explanation and the chicken was soggy and tasteless.Clearly their kitchen chefs are taking liberties as to what they put in, running out of ingredients and just replacing things if they run low. This is shocking management and bitterly disappointing for what was once our favourite Asian take away spot, now we'll have to look elsewhereSept 2021:These guys never disappoint. Every dish is unique in flavour, generous in portion and packed with everything good in Asian cuisine. Highly recommended.

Definitely a go to place, and for those who like Sushi great choise

This was the first, and last, time ordering from here. We had to wait 50 minutes for our simple order of 2 chow meins and a sweet and sour pork. The cashier's response when I complained was a nonchalant 'sorry'. And the sushi chef (manager/owner?) is unconcerned about what is going on.The food was not bad, but definitely not worth such a long wait.

July 2022I'm so sad to have to change my review from what used to be a 5 to a 1. This used to be my and my hubbies favourite Asian restaurant, but the severe drop in quality is so disappointing. We've received wrong orders, wrong ingredients without explanation (ordering a cashew dish and receiving peanuts - the manager apologized that they'd run out of cashews only to then come back 10 minutes later with cashews??). And lately the portion sizes have almost halved from what we used to get. Sadly we won't be ordering again any time soon.September 2021:Can't go wrong with Asia House, I've tried a number of dishes and not one of them have disappointed! I can't fault them on flavour, portion or price, especially compared to other Chinese restaurants.

Amazing food!!!! The best I have had in a long time - affordable and BIG portions.BUT - They never answer the phone when you try to place an order and you have to wait very long for the food!The ONLY reason I come back is for the great value!

Ordered many time through UberEats and food is good. Please always add chopsticks, also I don't like the polystyrene packaging. Prefer the foil containers it use to come in. Also not answering the phone

I am not very please i do not even believe they deserve a star at all. I ordered my Food at 18h10 this evening. I only received my food 3 hours later. I phoned and asked what is the hold up and they just stated we have alot of orders we are just finishing yours now". This is absolutely appalling service. I use to love this place it was quick with great Quality Sushi

An absolutely shocking meal. The sweat corn soup was burnt, the chicken Suey was taste less. The worst order of the night was the Sweet and Sour Pork. Definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
