I came across Epyq Tech by chance while looking for an item. Attracted by the pricing, i googled them like any other wary shopper, and decided to give them a shot. I must say, I have never felt more valued as a customer. There was a slight problem with the order, which was handled extremely professionally and I was kept in the loop the whole time. Delivery was timely and the package was intact.I got regular updates about the whereabouts of my order, very reassuring.I would rate 6 stars for communication if i could, and the general service I received. It's simply top notch. It was a breath of fresh air after a terrible episode of delivery issues with a big e-commerce player just last week.Keep up the good work!
