While their pricing was very competitive, the project management from Simba was not great, project was pushed out by a week because he did not factor in public holidays. Team arrived 3 hours late on the first day of the job and with all the windows incorrectly sized. Poor communication and poor after sales service. I have a windows this leaking, Simba came out out to fix and it’s still leaking. Promised to come back and fix. I have not seen him since. Part of the job was to supply a glazing certificate which I have also still not received. There is apparently a guarantee on the work but done. But since Simba does not answer my calls, what’s app or email. What is the guarantee worth ? My future projects for aluminium windows and doors will have to go to another service provider

We had two charcoal gates installed at our property. We asked that one be quite large and include an arched top. Out of all the suppliers we contacted, only DT was able to manufacture this unique and difficult design. They were reasonably priced and the gates are both absolutely beautifully made. Time management regarding installation times could be improved, however the final product was worth the wait. We are very happy with the completed project.
