I gave a one star only because it doesn’t allow me to give a zero. I paid for a product in April after being told that it would take one day to receive given my location. Then there were issues with getting clearance from port health which I understood. After not receiving any communication unless I initiated it, I eventually asked for a refund in September. It’s now December, a few messages leaving me on read and I still haven’t received my refund. This has been so frustrating to say the least!!
