Very bad Service and Serious Liars. I booked in my care for a bumper damage on the 28th of May and to date they still have my car just to fix minor damages to the front bumper and radiator. i called them last week and Thembisile lied to me that insurance has not approved additional repairs. i called my insurance and the confirmed that there was no additional quote for repairs submitted to them by Renew-it. This is disgusting service and a huge inconvenience to us. There is Zero communication from them from the day they collected my car to date. You have to call them to follow up or else no-one calls you for a simple update. If you want peace of mind Stay away from Renew-it Randburg. Im already worried about the quality of job when they cant just pick the phone and do a simple update to customers.

Took my vehicle there for respray. They kept my car for 4 weeks. I was not told parts were not in stock. Instead of informing me about this Nadia kept quiet and kept me in the dark.She did not keep me in the loop with vital information. I escalated this issue to Justin who assisted me with my query and was helpful.Nadia: not a good experience. I would rather deal with another agent.

Even though i am giving them 5 stars there was issues getting back my car.the things that live in my boot where not there and the security guy that was holding them was gone for the day cause it was 5 o'clock.but that being said i will take my Hat of to Mary-jane for being calm and making a plan to get things back to me the next day,Patricia for constant contact with where my car was.And the amazing Polish job that was done to get the scratches out my car .

Bit of a mixed review here, Nadia was wonderful with keeping me updated on the repair process but overall experience wasn't good. My vehicle was there for over a month as they were waiting for parts" and when I went to collect my vehicle the battery was dead

Where do i even start.I had an accident 1 November 2022 and my car was taken straight to renew it.Only took them a month to finish my car for it to be returned to me in disgusting condition. For them to tell me they will fix all the issues again they took my car back in to fix the issues for it to only take a week and my car returned to me in the exact same condition when I fetched it the first time….long story short it had been there 4 times for them to say they fixed things when you could clearly see nothing had been fixed properly and on top of that they ripped my boot carpet when they had no reason to be in the boot when my accident was in the front of my car??? Anyways will never use them again there Service is disgusting ,staff are extremely rude and they never answer their phone. And then refused to pay my excess back to me when I had to take my car to another panel beater to fix their mess up and the issues they didn’t even pick up!Don’t use them save your energy.

They failed to thoroughly inspect my car properly prior to returning it to me. And the sense of urgency or keenness to manage the return job was not great.

They don’t stick to what they say. Got my car for repairs and they mentioned will take 5 days but in the end took 9 days to complete. No response on updates and even after follow up on emails- didn’t get any timely feedback.

Disgusted at the poor service of Renew It Randburg. Had my car repaired there 6 months ago, they were missing a part and said it would arrive in roughly 2 months. 6 months later, nothing... For the past 4 weeks now I've been phoning over and over again, I kept getting told someone will get back to me... Nobody does. Pathetic customer care.

Honestly I am so disappointed, Prisca has left me weak. It has been a month long struggle to get Prisca to collect my MD's vehicle and fix the exhaust. When I called the Randburg branch, she was never available. She takes forever to return calls. There was a time I had to call three days in a row before I got hold of her, we made an arrangement in writing, for the car to be collected on a Monday at 10am and guess what? It was not collected and she did not call to apologise or make alternate arrangements. I had to call her to find out what was going on, then their landline was down. I called the workshop manager on his cell and he got it sorted. As much as the job was done, it is overshadowed by the poor service.

Absolutely incompetent. Avoid at all costs. They will do the work, but it will take forever and a day to complete. And forget about updates, they're impossible to contact, do not return phone calls and you'll be told misinformation when they do eventually pick up the phone. I would rather take my car literally any other panel beater in the country than them. Hopeless.
