We have made an appointment with them several times for hairstyling. They are never on time for the appointment, making us wait 10-45 minutes in the morning before arriving. Each time we have shown a picture and receive fewer braids than in the photo that we sent to request a quote. We complained this last time, and they did offer to redo the hairstyle we received as compensation, but we decided to take our business elsewhere. The lack of professionalism and inconsistency in the ability of stylists was frustrating.
