Always slow and now the second month in a row that they have not had my monthly prescription medication. Furthermore I was contacted to say both medications were ready for collection but their head office is unaware of what stock is in store. It’s really pathetic for a pharmacy to operate so poorly. I’ve actually suffered due to this pharmacy and as an attorney I’m fully aware of how negatively it could impact this company. So I really expect a change to be made, failing which, I will be escalating the matter.

The staff are brilliant but for the last couple of weeks there has been NO stock. The shelves are bare! I have been going to this pharmacy for years. When will the shelves be restocked?

i was standing in the queue to pay for my medication,observing social distance,when a young black chap on his phone barged his way in. And to my surprise,one of the cashiers helped him immediately. I questioned their behavior and the response i received was..so what". i left the meds on the counter and walked out. No one even bothered to call to rectify the issue and/or deliver it. Really pathetic

Although the service from the pharmacists and dispensery is very good, sadly the same cannot be said for the cashiers. They have real attitude and always act like they doing you a huge favor. Even though it's convenient for me to stop there, I avoid going there just because of the cashiers. When the repeat on my prescription is done, I will be done with this pharmacy.

Friendly kind staff. Thought I'd found a gem, since I rely on deliveries as I don't have a car. Delivery is really bad.I'm in desperate need of my medication and i wait all day for it to arrive. After 5 pm most times. Most disappointing. Have to wait a whole day for a delivery that takes 5 mins by car .31 May 2023: delivery service not available. No deliveries for some months now. Just a heads up

They couldn't fill my prescription due to no stock, no generics to offer either. It used to be a very well run pharmacy. However, of recent, they do not have a lot of what people require monthly. Might as well close up shop

That cashier with dread locs really needs to find God. I swore the last time that I'm not buying there nomore. Granny with dread locs is so evil, I pray she finds God.
