We are East London based and had a breakdown around Capetown, we called most companies to assist and they were not interested in our story and the urgency it required, we saw this company on Google and followed the directions, we got there they did not turn us away or tell us how busy they were, instead they springed into action, did repairs to our propshaft and we were back on the road to East London. My vehicle gets abused often on 4x4 challenges. Had a front propshaft issue that did not go away until it broke. I contacted Jade . I met with him at the workshop. I showed him my issue. He took the time to explain to me exactly what caused this issue and how to rectify it. This without making me feel stupid . Something that few companies still do. I left with a bit more knowledge and information. Watched a few YouTube and did some research. It all then made sense what Jade said. Few days later I gave the go ahead . On Friday I got a call telling me the new prop was ready. Fast turn around time and a price that was not breaking the bank. Managed to fit the prop and took it for a test drive. The new setup was working perfectly, I could flex without the worry that propshaft would pull out. Great service and will definitely recommend this company. Keep up the great service and work.

I have a Suzuki Samurai ‘97 that needed new prop shafts. I was referred to Jade at JIB Propshaft by a friend who had recently had a similar job done.I was treated with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. I was explained how the whole process works in detail - what will change and what will remain the same. It took the team one day to build completely new propshafts for my Suzuki - front and back at a very affordable rate (at no cost of quality). The new propshafts are much beefier with a lot more travel.After installing I realized that one of the propshafts did not fit correctly. I raised it with Jade and he came over to my house, picked up the propshafts and looked them over. Turns out, the old propshaft I gave as a sample was the incorrect size - a fault on my side. Jade however shortened it within a couple of hours and it fit perfectly and did not charge me for my fault.I would recommend this business in a heartbeat, and planning on doing more vehicles there. Outstanding customer service received from Jade and his team. My Volvo Xc70 had a terrible vibration coming from the left front left side after i had my front two struts replaced. Jade and his team quickly, efficiently and cost effectively identified and sorted out my problem.
