Immigration Assist got the job done and for that we are absolutely grateful. But I do feel the management need to work on their etiquette with clients and follow a strict attention to detail process, we needed to remind and remind again and follow up to get information on our documents.

Save your money. I've never dealt with a 'Dean', I've only dealt with Tanya. She is incredibly rude, as if you are bothering her. Disregard any positive review. It's all rubbish. She/they can't get anything done and it always an excuse.

Hello all. This is a scam, this organisation is shady and cannot get anything done, instead of obtaining my unabridged birth certificate, they obtained the notice register. Upon many times of trying to contact them, they do not respond.I agree with the sentiment of the other review, Tanya's tone is rude and she comes across as if she is doing you a favour, when actually they supposed to be providing you with a service.
