Very bad experiences

Very terrible i bought my dining chair there a Saturday after heritage day but until now i havent received anything i tried to call on Saturday the day i was told it was gonna be at the shop but the guys that answered my calls whefe telling me that they will get back to me in 2 minutes. Then 10 minutes turns to no call at all until i had to call them today Monday and i was told that they will get back to me soon yet there is still no call i had received. 10 days without my staff what the hell. I need my money back thats all and end of deal. Terrible terrible they are.

I bought the sleep master bed from you guy and the stitches is coming off. I send email and i make calls. Its about 3 weeks now i reported the matter no one is calling me or telling me what is the way forward. The only call i get is that i must send another picture to he different email. Its tiring because i choose this bed because the quality was promising. Now only 1 year 6 months the stitches are coming off and its keep moving.

I was very impressed with their great customer service. I phoned the store about a lounge suite I was interested in and spoke to a very helpful, very efficient young man named Tsepo. He always did exactly as he had committed to do. He checked up information for me, didn't leave me hanging and got back to me very quickly with answers. He even helped me decide on a different lounge suite which I'm much happier with. The delivery was on time and so professionally done and once we had our new lounge suite, Tsepo didn't leave us there, he phoned us shortly after delivery to ensure that we were happy and that all went well. I must also say that the quality of the lounge suite is absolutely of the best. We are very happy.

Called several times - line keeps busy..Sadly NO service

It is a brand furnitures bradlow. people can buy double bed sofa chair table refrigerators and other Homeware stuff. Credit card machin facility and also cash . wheelchair accessible and you also you can park your car. They have very nice staff and amazing prices. It was bond with ok furniture together before 6-month completely born after that now it's fine and then rebuilt it completely new bradllows.

Not cheap compared to surrounding furniture shops with the same goods same brands

I like the brand. They have a nice variety of high quality furniture. And the sales agents are always friendly and professional. The floor layout and furniture arrangements have been well thought out and implemented.
