Was given a different room than the one displayed on my booking with no terrace/balcony!The housekeeping burnt my white dress becuz they don't allow iron in room.I called the owner Janet Gutstadt and she was so rude and totally removed herself from the incident telling me they can't do anything about that and she did not say my dress should be creased!!Was suppose to attend a beach wedding with the dress and she still did not show any empathy ....rude and arrogant after they took my money

The rooms are big, beautifully-designed with spectacular views. Parking is secure. Staff are lovely and helpful.I’m sorry to be giving it just two stars, but the bed was rock-hard and I had to put the armchair chair cushions in it to get any sort of comfortable rest. Also, the walls are paper-thin so between the couple having a “fun time” in the next room and the construction workers starting early, I didn’t get much sleep, and consequently missed breakfast trying to catch up.

We very much enjoyed the generous ocean view room and the array of eclectic, curated designer furniture throughout the hotel. A lovely treat. Warm, friendly staff and a overall calming ambience.

View from room is beautiful but the aircon did not work independently and we could not sleep in the heat. The room was sanitized by myself and staff entered the room and remade the bed and reshuffled items, this is during covid, therefore it was pointless to sanitize in the 1st place. Ended up contracting covid in the days that followed, not sure if it was picked up here.

The Sea view rooms are an experience. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff are exceptional. They deserve all the credit in making our stay so great. Nothing is too difficult and they own up to the ratings of the house

Absolutely lovely experience with the best service, attention to detail and breakfast menu that Ive experienced. Thank you Hiudra and Jimmy for the first class service and welcoming! The room and views were also impeccable! We hope to be back

We had a most enjoyable stay with Nomfundo and her staff being very helpful & friendly. Very tasty breakfast but the portions are more than generous. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend as a good place to stay

We had thé best breakaway with the most spectacular views! Staff were super friendly and helpful (-: and the breakfasts... Oh my goodness, so yummy!!?? Thanks so much for the lovely stay!
