The Farmyard Park
Beautiful place for family and friends to hangout and take in the sun. Its safe for the kiddies as well. although I don't think the life guard read the warnings signs himself at the pool about if you cannot stand freely in a pool you can't swim at the 1m depth pool" he kept chasing my "big for her age" 7 year old niece out the pool even when we got in the pool with her to ensure she will be safe. Which was very annoying because we kept having to walk between pools. Other than that my family had a great time and I would definitely go there again."

The Farmyard Park
The Farmyard is a fun recreational park with enough activities to keep your kids busy for the entire day. They have a little park with swings and a trampoline close to the kiddy pool. There is also a water slide that's fun for everyone. It's a great place to spend your day, swimming, braaing and basking in the sun.

A little gem in Klapmuts, close to the N1 and caters to families as a summer resort over weekends.It's R85 per person to enter and it's best to book online because it fills up quickly.Toilets are clean and accessible and there are three pools with lifeguards on duty.It would be great to have more trees for shade, as it gets very hot out there and more consistent management of people at the pool.There are also long queues at the super-slide (R3 per slide).No alcohol is allowed.

Has basics I.e braai spots, swimming pools for adults and kids.Needs more trees for shade.A bit pricey for just braai spot and a swim

This was a peaceful and relaxing place with a leka braai area close to the pools. They have some nice picnic areas with big threes for some shade if you not in the mood to braai.

Nice place for the whole family. Was easy to book online. More than enough space inside to do a variety of activities. The place is well kept with a number of lifeguards and marshals to keep everyone in check. The kiddies pool was big and its completely separate from the adult's pool. Easy to recommend.

Very nice place for a family outing. Would certainly recommend it. Only comment is to be more firm around the behavior of people at the pools when they do not take the instructions from life guards seriously as this can be a danger and frustration for others.
