Terrible service ,the staff and employers are unprofessional with their work and they do not handle their items with care then they end up blaming the customer for the faults on the items, I'm very unhappy . The previous year I bought a diningroom suite, when it was delivered the chairs were dirty and the table top came out with those faults as shown on the pictures. When I reported the matter they promised to send someone(one staff member) for inspection but no one ever came. In September, I personally went to the store and I was told the same thing and still nothing happened. Earlier this year, I called the store and they promised to deal with it urgently and nothing happened still. When I called again , they informed me that I was responsible for the the faults on the table top and they won't replace it which really surprised me because I reported this matter soon after the delivery , they then promised to send one of the staff members instead to try and cover up the faults so that the table doesn't look faulty and that never happened and when I called they told me that they are still in search of transportation to bring that person (if he/she exists) over to my house . Even on this present day they still haven't said nor done anything, I'm deeply hurt and I regret purchasing at this store .
