Stellen Laundry and Cleaning Service

Not happy with the service at all. They did not deliver my clothes on time and this inconvenienced me. They also did a shoddy job. The clothes were not ironed properly.

The Stellen Laundry & Steam Cleaning Service team came out to us about 2 weeks ago for a thorough deep cleaning of our couches, mattresses, carpets and rugs. They did an amazing job! Believe me when I say, my house still smells clean and fresh! I'll definitely make use of their services again. Also, after having your mattress cleaned by this company, means you'll have the best dreams!

Would not recommend. They damaged my clothes, have not returned my shoes after more than a week of me consistently asking. Barely get any responses back. They say they will deliver my shoes and come pick up damages items and never show up.

My res sends our washing to Stellen Laundry every two weeks and I have not yet had good service from them. My clothes have sometimes come back damaged, torn, stained or not at all. They use a gentle washing powder to be careful and understanding of different peoples skin types and possible allergies. Due to some people not liking the more gentle detergents, they requested that if we want specific detergents used on our clothes, then we should send it with our clothes, yet even after letting management know when my clothes are being sent in, they still haven't use the detergent I've sent in. They consistently apologise for poor service but still have not fixed their service. I definitely will not send my clothes back to them.

Really great laundry service. My clothes come back soft and clean. The pick-up and drop-off is a bonus too.
