Once again very disappointed in the service, a 1 hour service offered turned into a 3 hour service. Result was good but waiting for 3 hours is just not on.

Very poor service ! Messed up twice and need to be told what to do as they do not check. Guys just sit around while the number of cars increases. Drive customers cars very recklessly. Complained, but lady sitting in the office didn't care. Will definitely not be going back!!!

Fri, 4 Dec 2020, 10:57Dear Owner,After my vehicle was washed, the paint was damaged as in the photo.Background:My vehicle was booked in for a wash service, on which the process of Covid check, related documents was completed. Whether your staff member checked for any damage on the vehicle or not, I did not pay attention to that, as it is part of your business process.The vehicle was delivered, washjed and partially clean, they did not dry the load area and a few other areas.I went to pay, and went home happily.That evening, I went into my garage, then saw the damage(on the passenger side) which the photo is attached.Reporting the damage at your center in Irene Village:As I arrived, to meet someone that can help me, your staff was all acknowledging that they saw the damage when the vehicle came out of the wash bay.I find it strange, that none of them reported it to your office or myself.After various visits, using your office manager as messenger, I really expect a response from you(as owner) and a proposed solution.I have seen the CCTV footage, unfortunately, there is no footage where the vehicle is washed in that area of damage, neither is there where they dry it in that area of damage.I am expecting a response by the end of business today 4 December 2020, as indicated to your office manager, on which I will take this to social media, which is your choice. Would NOT even send a person I don't like to them. I was FORCED to pay 700 for a valet" of my car. Their knowledge of a valet for 700 is to barely wipe the car clean on the inside and not properly wash the seats

I was not impressed with the quality of the service I had paid for.Went there looking for a standard wash and interior vacuuming. The lady I spoke to convinced me to take the polishing option. My windscreen still had terrible water marks when I came to collect. The people that worked on the car were trying to sort this out after I enquired but it genuinely felt like a half-hearted effort even after I told them I was in a hurry to leave.Will not be returning.

On Friday 24 January 2023, my daughter took her white VW Polo for a wash and vacuum, which she was advised would take an hour. Two hours later we went to fetch her car, which was still being cleaned. While waiting, we noticed a scratch on the bumper. The scratch had blue paint similar to the pillars and walls of Sparkling's work area. All the staff denied that they had scratched the car. The blue paint was removed, but the scratch remained. The manager was unavailable, but the staff advised that he would phone my daughter.No phone call was received. My daughter phoned and spoke to the manager. First he claimed that the car came in with the scratch and advised that they phone the customer if they see any damage. We advised that no call was received - he retracted that allegation. Then claimed that the car was not reversed by anyone, which is irrelevant. He then claimed that the scratch was old and that it was rusty. When we showed him the scratch he retracted the allegation. He then had the cheek to say that I (the father) had bumped the car when I reversed out of the wash bay, but the scratch was shown to the staff while the car was still in the wash bay.When we asked to see the CCTV footage he advised that the footage was not available because of loadshedding, but all their equipment and lighting was working perfectly. Perhaps only the CCTV footage was loadshed. The manager made no to attempt to offer a solution to the situation. The lack of ownership, dishonesty, false accusations and obfuscation was astounding and as a result Sparkling has chased away this family's regular car washes at your business.
