Poor service, is an understatement. After being told that a part will be available at the end of October, Nothing has happened and it is now the 26th of November. No feedback or any form of correspondence received.I suspect that someone did not order the parts.Making me sorry that I Bought the Nilfisk Alto Vacuum Cleaner.
