All Fix Castle Gate

I went to All Fix because the reviews were good. However, on having an old battery replaced with a (supposedly) brand new one, my phone will show 70% battery time and simply die. Whe I then put a charger on it shows 0% battery. I took the phone back on 9 Feb and still have had no feedback on a replacement battery. My old battery of 8 years was better than this!Staff very friendly but it does not help with a stupid battery!NOT HAPPY!!

Took my Nokia in 2 months ago for a repair. As I don't use the phone often, I did not realise that the person who worked on the the phone had stolen the sim card. It is now 2 months later and this person has spent nearly R3000 on my account. Thanks a lot guys!!!

Had a problem with my screen replacement. Luckily the manager immediately contacted me and everything turned out to be fine. The screen replacement is well done.

They sell fake chinese products that brake on first use, save yourself timd and go to other shop

I have high respect for the owner of the shop.I called the number from the website of All-Fix as I initially could not get through to the main land line. Luckily I did as this was the number of the owner of the shop.I needed repairs for my Samsung A72 glass screen which was cracked. Prior to contacting the owner, I called nearby shops to see what were the costs of repairs. All-Fix was the only shop to offer me an option to repair the glass or the entire screen with led. I opted for the cheaper option which was to repair the glass only.The turn around time for repairs is a day or two. Which is fantastic.I picked up my phone on a Saturday and did some tests to see if everything was okay and noted the fingerprint sensor wasn't as responsive. I notified the person behind the counter and they told me to reset my fingerprint sensor because it is a new glass screen. Which I did, unaware of the impact it would have on various other apps. The sensor was still problematic. I was asked to bring it back on Monday to fix the sensor which would be a problem of how it was assembled in-store because the sensor was not fitted closer to the screen.I was given a free silicon screen protector worth R280 for the trouble of having to come again to fix the fingerprint sensor.After taking the phone home I noticed the wide-angle and selfie camera were a bit blurry and over exposed when taking photos. I went back a third time and this time the owner was also there to ensure everything went smoothly and there was not problems or confrontations with staff and me. As previously I asked for a cleaning solution but used the word sanitizer and got something sub-par to wipe my screen to test the fingerprint sensor which I raised a complaint which did not go well with staff.The manager worked on my phone personally to ensure everything was back to normal.He was able to find that the screen protector had a small film that was surrounding selfie that was causing the blurriness.The back camera system would need to be replaced and they would do it free of charge because this was not a fault experienced prior handing the phone in.There were a few issues experienced but overall I feel confident that the phone will get back to normal, the screen works, the fingerprint sensor works, the volume up button was stuck for some reason but they managed to unplug it, it has soft click now but functional, they also mentioned they would try to sort out the back case as well so that it would be flush with the screen after having to remove and replace the glue on it soo many times.From all that has happened, I experienced a pleasant experience interacting with manager and would recommend the store mainly because it has good ownership and they will do everything to ensure the customer is satisfied and that there are no further problems.Update: Changing review rating.The volume up button was fulled with sticky gunk from when they reassembled and I had to come through again for them to fix it.The sensor plate between for the fingerprint reader and the display was not assembled correctly and had incorrect readings. Had to come back for them to fix that again.Whilst there a second time, they criticized me for saying that my phone was only droped once and accusing me for lying.They messed up the wide angle lense and the back of my phone case. It looks worn around the edges from the glue they used to seal the back.There is a lack of craftsmanship at the shop.I have been waiting over a month for reply from owner to replace my back camera because the wide angle lense is now blurry from their repairs. They also blame me for this as well, saying that the wide camera must have broken after phone was dropped. Even when I showed them a photo taken with wide angle at night in Cape Town after the phone was dropped.Update:Phone camera wide angle repaired free of charge. Back of phone case cleaned removed glue adhesive poking out. Fingerprint sensor working better. Volume button cleaned and more tactile. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Had defect screen protector, Told me i had to buy a new one, would not recommend, bad service. Go to other phone shop

Bad service phone was poorly fixed whit bad parts , go to an other shop if you want customer care

I had my CAT S60's battery replaced at All Fix Castle Gate. Not only were they the only repair shop able to source a battery, but Chinay also fitted the battery while I waited. They are very affordable, and extremely well skilled. I am very satisfied with the service that I have received, and will gladly recommend them.

Bad service, Bought a defect screen protector and they would not replace, Go to other shop if you value customer service

They've now had my phone for a month. When I gave it in they said it might take THREE DAYS. I have had no feedback, except for when I phoned them just to be told it's with the Technician. Second time I phoned it was in Johannesburg!!Further nothing. No communication at all.What I don't understand is why there are so many good reviews.
