We stopped by for a quick beer & a bite were met at the door by friendly staff who provided good service. We enjoyed excellent burgers at very reasonable prices and the fish & calamari was just as good. Thankfully it's atmosphere was nice, warm & welcoming without any of the slick, glitzy plastickiness of large chainfood outlets.

Great burgers, amazing Piña colada. Waitress was friendly even when she was really busy and we enjoyed the music. A fun place to spend the evening.

The staff were clearly having a difficult time servicing every one and keeping it professional.Such a shame because we've had lunch there before and the place is always busy!!I would like to encourage the owners of this establishment to have a look at the problem I do not think they have enough people to help keep tables clean and helping customers.Will go back in a year or so to see if anything has changed...

Excellent. Delicious food, appealing atmosphere, helpful staff, and brilliant service. Price range is definitely fair & certainly good value for money, wine is available directly from the cellar, must confess they do have a very fine wine selection. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. The spices and flavors were impressive. Ambient music from Mexico was set to compliment the food perfectly. The restaurant is suitable for families, children & large groups. I’d love to visit again. I'd recommend it as a nice place to go with friends, family, or a partner.

Had the poppers... Different twist on what I'm used to but not bad. Not crumbed and deep fried but rather cut in half with loads of cheese.Hot but good. Sauce it came with was quite nice.Would have liked a more filling snack while having our drinks, but they only offer poppers and nachos. Will go back and try the burgers, they looked good on the menu.

Stayed in Mossel Bay for 2 nights and decided to eat at Blaize & Barrel on the first night. Had Fish & Chips and a Blaize Burger. The fish was light and crispy and very fresh. The hamburger was one of the best of my life and I can really recommend it. Topped it off with a Mississippi Mud Pie - simply delicious. In fact we went back the next night and had the same again. Highly recommended!!

Limited menu of Bar food. Burgers chicken strips and chili peppers.Choice of chicken or beef burger.Chips are the star of the show.Service was friendly.Good music.A good recommendation for a quick meal.
