The hair is good, for wig customizing waiting time is 1hr

I once bought a week it was in 2018 December and I made it a wig in January 2019 in their own store where I bought it in Newtown Junction after some time not even 6 months the wig/weave was loose because I still remember the day I went to make a wig it seems like the was a problem with the cap and when I asked whats going on they told me something different because I could not understand their language nevertheless when I took the wig back to tell them how loose it guess what they accused me that someone with a bigger head wore my wig and I asked them how if I stay alone instead of them redoing the wig they adjusted it and I let it pass. This Saturday again I went to check on their special I showed them a pic of the wig I wanted on their advertisement its side way full frontal but on display its T part side way and telling you is the same thing which is a lie it means they are advitising something that they dont have or was not made by them thank you.

They sold me fake hair and um going to toy toy until justice is served bloody theives

Had my wig re-customized and I'm happy with it. The ladies that work there are super friendly and professional.

I sent my proof of payment payment and kept sending them whatsapp messages as per their ordering process butbthey were always online and never responded to me. I call them they ask for last 4 digits of my cell number but it's been over 10 days noone has responded. I even asked for a refund but nothing

I am so disappointed at Exclusive Virgin HairI bought the hair on 14 June 2021 and still waiting with no one helping me.The numbers we whattsapp them with are only active until you pay for purchase after that is bluetick everyday.When you call them they send you from pillar to post and it wasn't my 1st time purchase I just don't get their service but is very poor.

The hairdresser wasnt friendly when i arrived. I was the only one at the salon also took her own sweet time to attend to me
