RDT Therapy have really helped with my sports injury's, I have been suffering with a Bad Achilles and through regular treatment I am able to run pain free again. They have also helped me rehab after my Shoulder operation to the point that I do not experience anymore pain at night time when I sleep, Thanks Anja and Monique

I was referred to Raynette many moons (10+ years I think) ago, and have been going since then. After a short break due to medical reasons (not Raynette's fault!) I am a regular again since about 3 years ago.She always knows just how to fix whatever is wrong.All 3 ladies are always friendly and willing to help.I would, and have, recommend them to anyone.I always look forward to my sessions with RdT Therapy.

Anja is amazing!! She has helped with a really tight/painful right shoulder and rotator cuff.She’s so lovely and enjoyable to talk to and learn from as well. This is my favorite place to get physical therapy and sports massage in stellenbosch.

Miracle workers I tell you! I went in for a knee problem and Anja was totally amazing! She has a deep understanding of the body and muscles and she communicated extremely well with me all the time. She ask all the right question to isolate the problem and worked spots all around the problem area hard and to the point.Most of all I feel so much better! My knee that has been bothering me for a well over a year is really so much better post her session. The pain / discomfort is almost 100% gone. I think I'm lucky but I know I've also just been treated by the best. I've booked another couple of sessions to get more magic and Anja was also so kind to introduce me to a chiropractor in their referral network. Highly recommend.

Was lucky enough to be squeezed in for an appointment after hurting my lower back recently. My therapist Anja was very professional and i felt in good hands. My back pain was promptly sorted in 3 separate hour long sessions over 2 weeks.

Today was my first appointment with Anja. What a remarkable experience. An experience so unique. She is exceptionally kind and talented, friendly and professional. A wonderful experience. Everyone there is also very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I have been visiting Raynette, when needed, for many years, her knowledge of therapies is truly remarkable. I have been massaged by both Monique and Anja & they are also extremely capable.I recommend them 110%, Cannot wait to see what's happening in the Spring. :-)
