Whilst we had high hopes that I had recovered from a stress fracture las year, it was picked up again earlier this year. Gareth is patiently taking me through a very slow rehab period. I’ve been very despondent at times, but Gareth’s always been patient, supportive and celebrated small victories with me. He’s always been professional, committed and treated me with respect. Gareth is a phenomenal biokineticist — he is extremely knowledgeable in his field, showing much passion and care towards his patients. He has assisted me hugely in not only my rehabilitation post-injury, but also in helping me to develop a love for exercising! I am grateful to Gareth for his constant support and for believing in me. I never believed that I would be pain free again, and I’m so thankful that I am.

Definitely one of the best in the business not only is he good at his job but it helps that he was a pro athlete before an understands the demands an pressures we deal with an can relate an advise. Been seeing Gareth since 2018 season for re occurring hamstring tears an since working with him back then , for 2 seasons I had no hamstrings issues. So definitely a valuable asset to have someone like him in your corner as a sports professional.

I’ve been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondilitis. My rheumatologist told me in no uncertain terms that I’d been under-medicated and may not be able to work in a year’s time.Consulting with Gareth was the best thing I’ve ever done.His individualised attention and encouragement every week has made an incredible difference to my mobility.I’m almost pain free, and when I do get the odd ache, Gareth gently works his magic.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Gareth runs two busy practices in Morningside and Linksfield. With years of experience, he is able to quickly and thoroughly assess a client and provide easy and doable exercise programmes in his rooms and for to take home. Gareth is an experienced athlete who understands the biomechanics of the body and knows how it needs to adapt and train for each sport. The staff are very friendly, great at what they do, and I feel very welcome walking into the practice every time for my sessions. I strongly recommend Gareth and his team for everyone - young and old, sporty or non sporty! They WILL fix you!!

After 3 pregnancies my lower back was letting me know that I’ve moved on in years and haven’t been kind to it! I received treatment for my lower back at Gareth Devine Biokineticists and honestly feel like I have a NEW BACK! My therapist was thorough in her assessment and motivated me well to stick to the treatment she prescribed each week.The practice is a happy place where one feels like a part of a family on a journey to moving better!Highly recommended!!!
