NOT so much Excellent customer after care and follow through ANYMORE!!!!!!!!The amount of shortcuts they took in building my little place was SHOCKING to say the least, I had to get the certificates for my place in order and the repairs/replacements and general things that were suppose to be on par, because my place is a year old . . cost me a LOT of extra funds, (Jean) they couldn't care LESS!!!!!- Electrical- Plumbing- Building- Windows- Ugly finishes... to name a fewThis is the most expensive CASH mistake I have EVER made.I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND #nationalandoverseasmodularconstruction to anybody I know and care for . .. to think this company is almost a decade old, it has lost ALL VALUES and integrity in the work being done and in working with clients . . ..NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Takes way too long to finalise procedure, Paid a deposit in 28 June, up untill today wich is 25 November no plans has been approved nor building has started, no response after payment be very careful.
