Autobahn Approved Repair Centre

Recently had some work done at BMW Autobahn Repair shop.The vehicle came back riddled with problems :1. Over spray on windows2. Over spray above doors on rubber beading3. Over spray below doors on plastic runners4. Paint drip parks as if the car was sprayed with a spray can5. Exposed metal strips where repair work had taken place with inferior workmanship and spray work.6. Rouber window housing scratched and rubbes with an abbraisive chemical compound, which seems to be the work of someone trying to remove paint stray due to not covering the areas correctly.If I was able to give this company a negative rating vs a 1 star I would of.Shocking work.A back yard repair centre would of done better.On releasing the car I noted that I wasn't completely satisfied. I was asked to complete a second form which would be sent to the insurance so that they would be paid.I feel I signed the release form under duress.Please be very.. Very careful when using this substandard repair centre.They certainly shouldn't be BMW approved.

In the 5 years that I've been doing motor claims management, I have never received the service from any repairer such as Autobahn - they have gone the extra mile to make sure that every client receives their vehicles in satisfactory condition every time. Autobahn are simply incredible when it comes to client satisfaction.

We all dread having our vehicles damaged; the pain of having to deal with assessors,panel shops, brokers, insurers; it can be seriously stressful and overwhelming!For peace of mind, epic service that you WON'T get from the mainstream players; look no further than Autobahn! It's been a breath of fresh air to know that there are suppliers out there that see clients as people and not wallets.Keep up the awesome work Samantha & Harry. You guys rock!

They have poor quality finishes and services, and when you question their Manager Frank is aggressive and threatening. “Come and say that to my face and you will see, I will show you” Takes advantage of women

Poor Service. Takes 2 weeks to do a quote. A minor dent repair took 3 weeks.

BMW Autobahn repaired my Ford Figo through Outsurance (fender bender). The work was done perfectly. Kyle was so patient, kind and humble whenever I phoned him always trying his best to assist me. The fun loving voice of Francina (who answers the phone - receptionist) was always great to hear and put a smile on my face. I will recommend Autobahn to friends and family. Thank you guys for always being professional and a job well done

Paid my deposit to them in order for them to order parts needed for the repair on 17 January.Booked my vehicle in on 14 February.They continued to tell me each week that they are waiting for a different part to arrive.I don't know why they did not do a proper evaluation when the vehicle arrived to assess what parts are still outstanding after I waited a month for them to source the parts given to them by my insurance (Old Mutal)They will tell your insurance that the vehicle will be ready the next day and then a week later something els is wrong again.It is now the 21st of April, I still don't have my vehicle. (The only had to replace the bumper, platic radiatior cradle and two head lights)

If you want a peace of mind do not take your car there, they are very incompetent.

My car's passenger doors never closes properly after replacement. I took the car back, after giving me some attitude, they fixed them. few weeks the doors are still not closing properly

Service was decent, nothing great. They had my car for 10 days and on the day of collecting they tell me that they waiting for a part for my windscreen which was the main reason i sent my car there. So now i have to go back again after leaving my car there already for 10 days. The incompetence is horrible and they were not even apologetic about it.
