My company has used you guys for years, I’m currently very unsatisfied with the products you are now supplying, have had multiple faulty parts for irons sold to me and apparently “it’s not your guys issue because you are just supplying what you get from your supplier” for me this is robbery. Grant your employee keeps saying he will get back to my maintenance guy and never does. Sadly we are now looking for a new supplier. Hope this changes. I use to boost you guys, can’t say I will do that any more.

I have never experienced someone trying to charge me an hourly rate to fix my machines but included their own driving time into their hourly rate. Worked for less than an hour on my premises and get charged for 2h30 because they include their driving time.

Shocking service and when you have an issue and need to communicate to resolve it the staff member puts the phone down on you. When you call back someone else picks up and stays the person is not available.

I was assisted by Keenan who is part of the vinyl department. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended however I can't comment on the other departments.There is limited on street parking.
