My husband bought a camera for my birthday at Audiolens in Constantia. I went in to get a memory card for it, and ended up receiving a 45-minute personal tutorial from Harry (the owner) on the basic functions and navigation of the camera. Superb service.

Incredible customer service with a smile in the face of an issue, SO impressed.I bought a frame there 2 weeks ago for my dad's birthday. When I opened it's box to add my photos, the back of the frame wasn't closed, so the glass fell out and smashed.I went there today to ask if they could help me by giving me a new glass piece or telling me where to get them from.They immediately apologized and insisted that they replace the whole frame, as finding individual glass would be difficult.It's a tight month, and I was worried I'd have to buy a whole new frame. I walked away with my new frame, glass intact, and smiling :)

Audiolense Constantia a huge thumbs down from me. I was insulted by a staff member. Yes you old man with the wrinkled face that look like you drank far too much in your younger days. Then when I received my photos I looked totally different to what I actually look like. My photo showed huge bags under my eyes. I took a picture with my phone camera in my car right after and couldn't see any bags. Just to check if I maybe am seeing things. Thanks I will never recommend you ever......!! I will tell all not to have pictures taken there.
